One week minimum rental, all rentals start and end on Saturday.

Deposit of 20% of the rental amount is required at the time of reservation. Payment may be made by check or credit card (MC, Visa). Balance is due 30 days prior to your rental. If the balance is not paid 30 days prior to the rental it may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

If it is necessary to cancel your reservation your deposit will be refunded up to 60 days prior to your rental. After 60 days there will be no refund of any money paid. Please consider purchasing trip insurance to protect your vacation investment from any unforeseen circumstances that may cause a cancellation or early departure.

Hurrican season is between June and November. We would encourage you to purchase trip insurance.
